This request for care form is for FULL MIDWIFERY CARE (Pregnancy, Birth and Postpartum). If you are looking for Postpartum Midwifery Care, you must close this form and fill out the Postpartum Care Request Form instead.

Terra Nova Midwifery is located In Steveston Village, Richmond. Due to the volume of people requesting care, we prioritize repeat clients and can only accept new clients into care who live within our catchment area (Richmond & South Delta).
The midwives that work out of our clinic hold privileges at Richmond Hospital only. If you are planning to give birth at another hospital you will need to request care from midwives who hold privileges there.
