If you would like to become a client of Terra Nova Midwifery please submit the New Client Intake Form (below) as soon as possible. Space is limited and fills quickly! Before submitting the form please ensure you have entered all information correctly.
Postpartum-only care (Team Larch) had a full waitlist but has opened up again. We are happy to be accepting new intakes for families due in January 2025 and beyond.
You will be contacted within 1-3 days to be advised whether or not there is space available for your estimated due date. If you would like to be placed on a waitlist if space is not currently available, please select the waitlist box in the form. We will contact you if a space becomes available.
